I've always been an artist. Ever since I can remember, I've possessed a passion for creating art and music, and it has been through the encouragement of friends, family and instructors that I have continued all of these years. Throughout high school, many of my student works have been entered into competitions, with a few early computer art paintings winning honorable mentions. In 2002, I graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in computer art and traditional painting. After a few years working in sales, I decided to continue my education at Ex'pression College for Digital Arts in Emeryville, CA. I graduated in 2013 from their Game Art and Design program.

My passion for the arts extends both to drawing and to music. When I am not slaving away at my art desk or my computer, I can often be found playing classical percussion with various community concert bands around the Bay Area, including the San Jose Wind Symphony and the Ohlone Wind Orchestra, both highly rated amateur ensembles. In my rather rare blocks of spare time, I enjoy hiking, playing the ocassional video game, and hanging out with friends.
